Image is everything and students like to create colourful , interesting work. Images are really important to them. PicGifs offers a huge array of alphabets for all sorts of interests. It also offers images, wallpapers and colouring in pages. Students would find this a very handy resource to liven up their digital work and teachers could use it to make their presentations more visually compelling. My year 8s taught me well last year. They made it quite clear to me that images helped to keep them engaged and focussed. They responded so well when I had visuals and they especially liked little videos and animated gifs. They live in a very image conscious world so we need to make their classroom equally as visually compelling in our own way.
Sally, you are giving great access to formidable teaching materials. Thanks a lot for this great post
There are some nice things on that site which you can use in presentations. I got my stars for my Christmas presentation from this site. Thank you for the comment, Ali and have a nice day.
